Valeo-Siemens eAutomotive department in Drammen, Norway, is an R & D site working with On-Board Charger [OBC] technology for hybrid and electric vehicles with products in mass production for large car manufacturers.
We are working in growing marked for hybrid and electric vehicles, with great opportunities in the future. We develop innovative products and systems that contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions. Meeting the high expectations from our customers, both in term of cutting edge technology, robustness and quality.
We are running customer projects and in house innovation projects. Keywords within these projects are efficiency, size, weight, communication and regulations. The product range is from 3.5kW -11kW with an output voltage close to 500VDC.
Today the staff consists of more than 30 people divided between mechanical-, software-, HW- engineers, project teams and administration. We are a dynamic environment and we are working closely with our colleagues within the VSeA organization.
